Job Description
We are looking for a Property Cleaner (part time 15 hours per week usually worked over 2 shifts) to join the team at Clifton Short Lets. Youll play a key role in ensuringthat the short let rooms that we manage look great all the time for our valued tenants and guests!
Clifton Short Lets offer a selection of short let rooms within shared Georgianproperties in Clifton. Our friendly inhouse cleaning team are at the heart of what we do. We encourage our teams independence as they work across our properties in Clifton and we are committed to offering flexible hours that work around you. Snacks and refreshments are also provided back at base (our head office) to keep you going through the day.
We provide full training but some evidence of a similar cleaning or hands on physical job would be preferred.
Details of the Property Cleaning role:
- Hourly rate: 12.45 per hour this rises to 12.95 per hour upon completion of a successful 12week probation period
- 15 hours per week (usually worked over approx. 2 shifts each week on a rota basis to include weekends)
- Travel time between properties is paid do note as well that all of our short let properties are location within a very walkable distance to each other in Clifton and to your base in this role which will be our friendly head office building
- In this department we can be quite flexible with contracted hours if you are looking for fewer or more than the hours above just let us know your preference when you apply!
- We usually operate between 9am5pm Monday to Sunday.
- Fixed working days may possibly be offered but most team members are required to work at least one weekend day regularly

Responsibilities of the Property Cleaner role:
- Cleaning short let properties as assigned on the rota
- Restocking kitchen and bathroom supplies
- Reporting any property maintenance issues to the manager
- Checking for extra tasks required at the property that day and carrying them out
Our ideal Property Cleaner candidate:
- Works well independently and unsupervised
- Is flexible to the last minute changes that can happen in a hospitality role
- Will communicate well with the team
- Has great attention to detail
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not required
