How your day will look like

  • Provide 1st and work with 2nd level support to small and mediumsized enterprise customers primarily through ServiceNow and remote maintenance; phone and email communication are used only occasionally.
  • Collaboration with third party providers
  • Analyse solve and document user problems
  • Create documentation and checklists and maintain the Knowledge Database
  • Administer access rights
  • Perform administrative tasks and keep internal processes updated


Your profile

  • Support experience and ideally knowledge of the Microsoft environment
  • Experience with Office 365 Exchange Online SharePoint Online and Intune
  • Proficiency with Windows Server and Microsoft 365
  • A curious mindset and a passion for technology
  • The ability to work independently customeroriented thinking and highquality standards
  • Native or fluent level of German (at least B2/C1 good level of English
