We service residential and commercial customers across ten States and are growing every day! Mpowers success has been largely due to our relentless efforts toward developing our inhouse sales staff and having them fast track through the ranks into leadership roles.

Mpower is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a full time W2 Residential Solar Setter representative at our Bronx NY location. The ideal candidate will have a relentless work ethic positive mental attitude strong critical thinking skills and will be highly ambitious. Optimally in line with the companys growth goals the candidate will matriculate into Senior Solar Leader in less than 12 months and earn 3x their starting income.

Responsibilities

Income Expectation:

  • Competitive salary starting $50000$90000; We offer base pay commissions and bonuses

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales appointments with prospective customers at their home
  • Ensure a positive and highquality customer experience
  • Participate in daily inoffice training camps focused on increasing your earning potential team building and mentorship from our leaders
  • Support Solar Account Executives through effective communication and note taking

Qualifications:

  • 1 (one) year of experience in a doortodoor sales canvassing or service position preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly intelligent problemsolving mindset
  • Competitive moneydriven personality
