Position: Technician Lead

Position Summary:
goTRG is looking for a team oriented driven and energetic Technician Lead. The Technician Lead is responsible for assisting in supervising teammates in a logistics and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods equipment operating procedures and working conditions.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Train technician associates on repair
Use functional test fixtures and software signal generator oscilloscope voltmeter etc.
Ensure pragmatic analysis of PCBAbased product using schematic and fault tree guidance
Repair devices via component replacement (desolder resolder test)
Communicate departmental goals to technician associates
Ensure associates follow safety protocols and adhere to standard operating procedures
Assist the Technician Supervisor with daytoday needs
Identify safety hazards in the workplace
Practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Prior work experience in computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting preferred
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a must
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to frequently and repetitively lift push and carry up to 2035 lbs.
- Ability to frequently and repetitively bend lift and reach to install parts of varying size and weight overhead
- Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges
- Ability to work independently multitask and deliver quality work in an efficient manner
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to succeed in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
