Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Technical Lead to drive the migration from MicroStrategy to Power BI and provide architectural leadership throughout the process. This role combines deep technical expertise in Power BI with strong leadership and communication skills. Youll be responsible for setting architectural standards ensuring best practices in report development and data modeling mentoring the technical team and delivering highquality scalable reporting solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements
- 5 years of handson experience with Power BI including complex report development data modeling and DAX
- Proven experience leading technical implementations or migrations from MicroStrategy (or similar platforms) to Power BI
- Strong expertise in Power BI architecture performance optimization techniques and best practices
- Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams conducting code reviews and setting architectural standards
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to perform detailed feature gap analyses and propose effective solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills capable of translating complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences

Responsibilities
- Lead the migration and technical implementation from MicroStrategy to Power BI ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
- Define architectural standards report design patterns and data modeling guidelines to ensure robust scalable and maintainable reporting solutions
- Provide technical oversight mentorship and guidance to Power BI developers throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct thorough technical gap analysis and propose solutions to mitigate feature gaps between MicroStrategy and Power BI
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders business analysts and project management to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Ensure overall technical quality performance optimization and successful delivery of Power BI reports and dashboards
