Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and wellorganized Personal Secretary Executive to provide highlevel administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will manage daily schedules travel plans confidential communications and assist in business operations and documentation. This role requires multitasking discretion and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage and maintain MD s calendar schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate and accompany the MD for business meetings and travel.
- Handle travel arrangements including bookings itineraries and accommodations.
- Manage incoming calls emails and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare presentations meeting agendas minutes circulars and official documents.
- Interact and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Draft and manage bid and tender documents efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support top management with administrative tasks and personal matters when required.
Requirements
- Any Graduate with 2 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.
- Proficient in Hindi English Kannada and Telugu (verbal & written).
- Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen and a flexible targetdriven approach.
- Experience in handling bid and tender documentation is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
