Requirements
Highly motivated and selfstarting individual.
5 years of work experience in a B2B role ideally within the Packaging or Food & Beverage space.
3 years of sales management experience ideally overseeing a team in Canada and the US.
Clear communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong business relationships
Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize multitask and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Generate and identify profitable new business opportunities through prospecting.
Develop sales strategy sales plan forecasting lead generation etc.
Lead and train new staff members.
Track forecasting conversion and manage pipeline.
Compensation: Salary Commissons Benefits OTE: likely in the 100150k
