MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Support of investment process (store opening) led by Project Manager
Providing reports / summaries
Collecting project documentation required in order to start design process
Verification of contractors offers and comparing to market prices
Verification and preparation of time schedules
Ordering and coordinating investor deliveries
Providing support in budgeting process
Visiting potential locations of the stores collecting all data necessary for investment process and providing reports
Preliminary assessment if the technical documentation for the premises
Editing and preparing technical annexes to lease agreements
Coordination of design process cooperation with LPP architects and local design studios
Negotiations of technical conditions in lease agreements with representatives of Shopping Centers
BA/MA degree in Engineering or Architecture (preferably Civil Engineering or similar) or technical knowledge and experience in construction projects
At least 1 year experience in a similar position
Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written communication).
Excellent computer skills (MS Office MS Project) and experience with applications.
Good understanding of implementation studies and coordination of technical plans.
Flexibility Adaptability and Team Spirit.
Very good organizational communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
