Job Description
What youll be spending your time on:
- EndtoEnd Product Management: You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of product development from the initial concept ideation to model creation and eventual product release. This includes breaking down the overall vision into actionable epics and user stories ensuring a seamless product development process.
- Conduct deepdive research and analysis on customer behavior internal and external tools and capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements define product vision and ensure successful delivery of product features.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
Have you done this kind of stuff
- 4 years of experience in product management preferably backend technical or inbound product management
- Possess a comprehensive grasp of the entire product development lifecycle including strategic planning requirements definition engineering QA and product delivery
- Adept at making swift decisions in complex scenarios showcasing rapid learning and adaptability
- Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority
- Ability to dive deep into complex problems and think strategically about solutions.
- Experienced in conducting deep dive research and analysis on customer behavior internal data points and deriving actionable insights
- Works well in a collaborative environment contributing positively to team dynamics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
