You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Manager Strategic Account Management based in Toronto and reporting to the Global Director of Strategic Account Management youll lead a team of Account Managers upselling crossselling and finding new areas of growth/revenue within our existing customer base and some net new accounts across North America and other geographies. We have Customers with significant expansion opportunities that require additional sales cycles.
Were looking for a great coach and Manager who can lead this group of high performing process oriented value builders and anticipate the right leader will contribute greatly to and share in Tipaltis high growth success. You and your team will interact and collaborate with internal Business units such as Solution Consultants Customer Success Implementation Operations Product to help ensure overall product and revenue expansion.
