Essential Functions:
The Social & Influencer Marketing Intern for Cosmo Prof will work closely with the Creative and Social Influencer teams to execute compelling campaigns and photoshoots that inspire and empower stylists. This role will support influencer collaborations assist onset during photoshoots and help bring the creative vision to life. With a passion for social media trends and influencer marketing this internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with stylists partner agencies and industry creatives to drive impactful campaigns. This is a hybrid role reporting into the office 2 days a week.

Primary Duties:
Campaign Photoshoot Support and Influencer Marketing
- Assist with preproduction planning including timeline creation coordination with stylists and logistics.
- Work onset during photoshoots to support the creative team stylists and influencers.
- Ensure campaign deliverables align with creative briefs and vision.
- Collaborate with partner agencies and internal teams to ensure is seamless
- Research and recommend influencers for campaign partnerships.
- Assist with content coordination including approvals and performance tracking.
- Support influencerrelated logistics such as contracts scheduling and content distribution.
- Monitor influencer trends and provide insights to enhance campaign relevance.
Social Media Content Mgmt and Administrative Support
- Collaborate with the team to create curate and schedule posts for key campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals across platforms.
- Track performance metrics and assist with reporting.
- Stay updated on social media trends and provide innovative content ideas.
- Assist with project timelines and organization of creative assets.
- Maintain campaign calendars and help track deliverables.
- Provide support for presentations and special projects as needed.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure task completion.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Current Junior/Senior undergrad student studying marketing communications advertising public relations or a similar major
- 12 years of experience in a similar role and/or proven understanding of branding public relations and/ or awareness media tactics
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Social Media tools
- Selfstarter gogetter with high energy and desire to learn
- Exceptional communication skills and professionality
- Flexible to a fastpaced retail world
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat enthusiastic attitude
- Strong organizational skills keen attention to detail and follow through
- Aware of beauty and social trends
Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
- The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices meeting and training rooms retail stores and residences or commercial vehicles e.g. use of safe work practices with office equipment avoidance of trips and falls observance of fire regulations and traffic signals etc. The work area is adequately lighted heated and ventilated.
- The work is sedentary. Typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers files books small parts; using a keyboard driving an automobile etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
