The Digital Products Platforms & Services team is a newly formed team sits within Growth Digital & Platforms (GDP) global function and is responsible for designing developing & rolling out stateoftheart digital products across brands regions & divisions globally and help our brands accelerate organic growth
The Ecosystem Product Success Manager will be critical to enable multidivision use cases by liaising with the Product team and help shape the development backlog. They will create and maintain a pilot tracker to monitor initiatives manage a central backlog identify and mitigate blockers document best practices and share success stories with leadership team.
This will ensure alignment between business needs and product development streamline processes and enhance the overall value proposition of our product ecosystem.
Key deliverables
Create a tracker to monitor product needs and progress by initiative
Write socialize and update Product Requirement Documents
Manage a central backlog and work with the Product scrum masters to prioritize this across Product backlogs (CRM CDP DAM etc)
Identify specific blockers and workaround identifying possible product debt and driving conversations with the Product teams to accept decline prioritize debt and scope possible alternative implementations
Documenting implementation steps guidelines and reference cases to use as educational materials for divisions to scale successful initiatives or avoid preexisting blockers
Feed narrative case studies and success stories back to the PM Product and Marketing Leadership teams to incorporate in overall Ecosystem value proposition.
