Now Hiring: Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher Join Our Early Head Start Team!
The Lilac City Early Learning Center team is excited to expand and we are looking for a dedicated caring Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our Early Head Start classroom! This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education who wants to make a meaningful impact on children ages 03 years.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment for infants and toddlers
Implement engaging activities that align with Early Head Start curriculum and best practices
Support the social emotional physical and cognitive development of each child
Maintain daily communication with families and provide developmental updates
Complete required developmental assessments and participate in ParentTeacher conferences
Ensure compliance with Early Head Start performance standards and licensing regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have or be willing to obtain:
WA State Background Check
Negative TB Test (within the past 12 months)
Proof of MMR Vaccination or Exemption
Physical Exam
WA Food Handlers Certificate
Infant/Child CPR & First Aid Certification
DCYF Mandatory Trainings (dcyftraining)
30Hour Child Care Basics STARS Training (within 90 days of hire)
