Position Overview:

The Revenue Enablement Manager will lead the development and of programs designed to onboard train and support the growth of our commercial teams. The successful candidate will be a selfstarter with a bias for action able to build a function from the ground up while establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. This individual will have a proven ability to translate complex technical product offerings into compelling training and content materials that drive engagement and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

1. New Hire Onboarding & Training:

  • Design and implement an efficient and effective onboarding process for new commercial hires.

  • Develop and deliver training materials that educate new employees on product offerings sales processes CRM tools and best practices.

  • Ensure that all new hires are fully equipped to engage with customers and prospects through an immersive onboarding experience.

2. Ongoing Sales & Marketing Employee Development:

  • Create and execute continuous learning programs that address skill gaps and foster professional growth within the commercial team.

  • Develop a framework for performance assessments and provide actionable feedback for career development.

  • Foster a culture of high performance by facilitating knowledge sharing and regular training sessions.

  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify emerging skills or knowledge areas that need attention and adapt training materials accordingly.

3. Content Creation & Resource Management:

  • Develop curate and maintain a library of enablement content including presentations onepagers playbooks competitive analysis and product demos.

  • Work with product and marketing teams to ensure content is accurate uptodate and aligned with the companys strategic goals.

  • Create content that simplifies complex biotech and technology topics for both internal teams and customerfacing materials.

4. Program Management & Process Optimization:

  • Establish and manage the sales enablement program continuously evaluating and improving processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and execute a cadence for sales meetings training sessions and ongoing commercial communications to support team engagement and performance.

  • Monitor performance metrics to measure the impact of enablement efforts and iterate on the programs accordingly.

5. CrossFunctional Collaboration & Relationship Building:

  • Partner with Sales Customer Success Marketing Product and Leadership teams to understand business goals and ensure alignment of enablement efforts.

  • Establish trust with the team by being approachable responsive and consistently delivering value.

  • Lead the charge on enabling the commercial team to adapt to rapid company growth ensuring processes and resources are scalable as the organization expands.

6. Driving a Continuous Feedback Loop:

  • Collect feedback from the commercial team regularly to refine training programs and enablement content.

  • Establish mechanisms for ensuring that team members have the resources and tools they need to succeed acting as a proactive problemsolver.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5 Years of experience in Biotech preferably in dna sequencing

  • 10 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field preferably in a biotech or technologydriven environment.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing onboarding and training programs for commercial teams.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.

  • Experience in content creation and developing training materials that effectively communicate complex product offerings.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fastpaced rapidly changing environment.

  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with experience building trust and relationships with diverse teams.

  • Selfstarter with a bias for action who thrives in an environment where you can shape and influence the future of the commercial organization.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to track and improve sales performance.
