About the role
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture Business Partnering for Child Youth & Families in this role you will support teams across Western Australia (WA) South Australia (SA) and Northern Territory (NT).
This role focuses primarily on endtoend case management support including disciplinary actions performance issues and grievances with coaching of people leaders Award and Policy and Procedure implementation and interpretation generalist HR/ER support and strategic HR guidance to assist managers in achieving their objectives.
You will play a key role in our fastpaced agile environment fostering strong partnerships and providing HR expertise to drive effective outcomes. The position offers flexibility to work from your preferred location whether from home or one of our LWB offices. While most of your work will be remote occasional travel may be required and there will be instances when youll need to work from the office.
