Job Description

Job Title: Czech-Speaking Customer Advisor (On-site in Sofia Bulgaria)
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (on-site role)
Industry: E-commerce
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 09:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m.

  • Sunday: 10:00 a.m. 07:00 p.m.
    (Work organized in shifts within these hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Advisor to join our expanding customer service team on-site in Sofia Bulgaria. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global leader in the e-commerce industry helping customers from the Czech market with order support inquiries and product-related issues.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Communicating with Czech-speaking customers via phone email and live chat.

  • Providing timely and effective support for order inquiries returns product issues delivery updates and more.

  • Offering clear and professional assistance while maintaining empathy and a problem-solving attitude.

  • Logging and tracking customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Staying up to date with company policies products and procedures.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Czech (C2 level) both written and spoken.

  • Good English skills (B2 level minimum) for internal communication and training.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfort with digital tools multitasking and navigating systems.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Team spirit and a positive mindset.

Preferred but not required:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a contact center environment ideally in the e-commerce or retail sector.
