We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Advisor to join our expanding customer service team on-site in Sofia Bulgaria. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global leader in the e-commerce industry helping customers from the Czech market with order support inquiries and product-related issues.

Communicating with Czech-speaking customers via phone email and live chat.
Providing timely and effective support for order inquiries returns product issues delivery updates and more.
Offering clear and professional assistance while maintaining empathy and a problem-solving attitude.
Logging and tracking customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Staying up to date with company policies products and procedures.
Fluency in Czech (C2 level) both written and spoken.
Good English skills (B2 level minimum) for internal communication and training.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfort with digital tools multitasking and navigating systems.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Team spirit and a positive mindset.
Preferred but not required:
Previous experience in customer service or a contact center environment ideally in the e-commerce or retail sector.
