Job Summary
The Strategic Solutions Advisor will play a pivotal role in identifying developing and implementing strategic solutions that address the complex challenges faced by our healthcare clients. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand client needs analyze market trends and propose innovative approaches that enhance efficiency improve patient outcomes and drive sustainable growth. This is a remote position requiring a high degree of self-motivation excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Needs Assessment:
Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients understanding their strategic objectives operational challenges and technological needs within the healthcare landscape.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Solution Development & Design:
Translate complex client requirements into actionable strategic solutions leveraging Wecare Medical Specialty Groups capabilities and industry best practices.
Collaborate with product development operations and clinical teams to design tailored solutions that align with client goals and organizational capabilities.
Develop comprehensive proposals presentations and business cases outlining proposed solutions including scope benefits and implementation roadmaps.
Market Analysis & Thought Leadership:
Stay abreast of emerging trends technologies and regulatory changes within the healthcare industry particularly in medical specialties.
Provide thought leadership on strategic healthcare initiatives contributing to white papers industry events and internal knowledge sharing.
Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for Wecare Medical Specialty Group to expand its service offerings.
Project Management & Implementation Support:
Support the implementation of strategic solutions working closely with project managers and client teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
Monitor solution performance and provide ongoing recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients fostering trust and collaboration.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Public Health Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree (MBA MHA) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic consulting solutions architecture business development or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of successfully identifying developing and implementing complex strategic solutions for healthcare organizations.
Experience working with medical specialty groups hospitals health systems or payers is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear actionable strategies.
Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare economics operations and regulatory environments.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
High degree of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced evolving industry.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g. video conferencing project management software).
