Job Title: Litigation Lawyer Fast Track to Director
Location: Romford Hybrid Working Available
Salary: Up to 65000 per year Bonus Scheme
About our Client:
We are supporting a highly reputable longstanding law firm in Romford with a thriving litigation team. Led by experienced professionals the team handles an impressive caseload with excellent client referrals. We are now supporting them expand to meet growing demand and are looking for a driven litigation lawyer to join the team with the potential to progress to Director in the near future.
About the Role:
- Handle complex litigation matters including contested probate breach of contract property disputes and commercial litigation.
- Work autonomously while achieving billing targets and delivering exceptional client care.
- Engage in networking and business development with support from a dedicated Business Development Manager.
- Join a team with a clear progression path and a focus on personal growth.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years experience in litigation.
- Proficiency in LEAP case management preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving career goals and billing targets.
- Selfmotivated team player with leadership aspirations and excellent organizational skills.
- Professional approachable and passionate about client care.
- Managerial experience and ambition to progress to Director are advantageous.
