Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be onsite five days a week at one of our clients offices in Syracuse Rochester or Binghamton NY.
**Relocation to a commutable distance from one of the offices is required.**
Note: You must be licensed to practice law in New York and have litigation experience. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Represent clients in federal and state courts and administrative forums
- Manage litigation matters from investigation through trial preparation and resolution
- Conduct discovery depositions motion practice and trial appearances
- Negotiate settlements and draft related legal documents
- Provide daytoday legal counsel to clients on litigationrelated matters
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in New York
- Strong litigation background preferred (civil education public sector or employment litigation experience ideal)
- Excellent legal writing research and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively within a team environment
