Position Overview
- Implement overall ministry through evangelism and discipleship and assist in providing guidance and discipline. Participate in planning and engaging offsite programs.
- Meet with supervisor regularly attend staff meetings and pray for other staff.
- Participate in recruiting and in the orientation of volunteers. Provide prayer support resources and encouragement for volunteer staff.
- Participate in fundraising for the Youth Engagement ministry by maintaining healthy donor relationships and assisting with all Youth for Christ fundraising events.
- Assist in communicating to parents of students involved in the program. Represent CAYU/YFC positively to the community and seek to work with other agencies and ministries.
- Complete monthly Ministry Reports adhere to the CAYU/YFC Staff Policy Manual and abide by health and safety requirements.
- Pursue an active growing relationship with God by participating in a local church community and a small group or mentoring relationship.
