Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze online conversations media coverage and social media mentions related to Binance and the cryptocurrency industry.
- Identify potential reputation risks and develop strategies to address and mitigate them.
- Prepare regular reports on brand sentiment media coverage and reputation metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and implement proactive reputation management strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark Binances brand reputation against industry peers.
- Engage with the community and respond to inquiries comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends news and best practices in reputation management and crisis communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand reputation management public relations or a similar role preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with reputation management tools and social media monitoring platforms.
