Overview
We are seeking Business Analysts for future opportunities across various departments. As a Business Analyst you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements analyze processes and recommend improvements ensuring solutions align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with high-level executives or leaders to understand the companys needs and priorities
- Collect business data and perform analysis to discover areas for improvement
- Evaluate business processes or conduct other research such as surveys to identify potential issues
- Give presentations to senior managers or executives to explain their analysis and make recommendations
- Produce written reports detailing their data analysis
- Provide guidance or training as needed to help companies implement their recommended changes
- Gather data to evaluate the impact of those changes.
- Bachelor s degree in business finance economics marketing or operations management or related field
- Proficiency in tools like Excel SQL and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation reports and business requirements.
- Familiarity with modeling techniques and tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
- Ability to analyze complex problems identify patterns and develop effective solutions
