Job Description

As a Financial Analyst on Cytels FP&A team you will assist in supporting the growing Software Business Unit in addition to the companys R&D and IT departments.
Responsibilities:
- Support monthend close assurance monthly financial reviews expense forecasts annual budgeting and longrange planning activities.
- Understand key drivers of financial results and variances to provide insightful reporting and analysis.
- Maintain and improve revenue forecast model for software business.
- Assist in creating and maintaining operational KPI metrics including ARR Renewal Rate Price Uplift Gross/Net Retention etc.
- Translate financial results and business analysis into valuable insights and actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Create monthly reporting and financial packages.
- Influence and drive improvement in financial processes and systems.
- Complete ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as necessary.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 13 years of finance experience ideally with background in software revenue analysis and/or expense management.
- Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research data analysis and resolve complex problems.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proven ability to multitask work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
