Job Description
OQ Technology a pioneering company in the Satellite Telecommunications industry is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our innovative team. Tasks
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth in the satellite telecommunications industry.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage budgeting processes including forecasting and variance analysis to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks implementing controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial planning analysis forecasting and budgeting with strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage investor relations and communicate effectively with stakeholders including board members and potential investors.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing finance teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
