We are searching for a FULL TIME Physical Therapist CLINICAL DIRECTOR in our Easton MD office. A sign on bonus is available up to $5000!

Education & Experience (Required)
Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
Must hold current Physical Therapy license in Maryland and/or part of the PT compact program.
Minimum of 2 years related experience as a physical therapist.
The Clinic Director Role
The Clinic Directors primary function is to be the CEO of their specific clinic. In this role they are responsible for the overall performance and management of their clinic ensuring delivery of exceptional patient experience and highquality care. The Clinic Director is the chief culture officer for their clinic accountable for inspiring and empowering others to deliver Wow service to our clients. They are responsible for exemplifying our mission and values so that everyone is successful and engaged in their role. The Clinic Director works with our leadership and support team to lead the way and collaborate in finding or creating solutions to drive high patient care and operational/financial excellence.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
- Duties require extensive standing and walking
- Duties require lifting positioning pushing and/or transferring patients
- Duties require frequent reaching stooping bending kneeling and crouching
