Summary:
Located just 15minutes south of Flagstaff AZ Pinewood CC is a full service private family orientated country club. The Clubs 1800 members enjoy golf pickleball food and beverage swimming tennis and a variety of youth programs. The club is open from April through October.
With guidance and direction from the PCC BOD and management the Youth Activity Director will: plan implement coordinate and supervise programs and activities for the youth and teens of PCC members.
Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and implement a wide range of programs and activities (age appropriate) balancing outdoor and indoor activities.
- Promote Fun!
- Hire train and schedule camp counselors.
- Ensure the safety and security of staff children members facility property and equipment.
- Promotes and stimulates member interest in the activities planned.
- Provide appropriate and effective communication to staff members and management.
- Manage to the budget; expenses and revenues.
- Reporting and recording details of incidents such as accidents or rule violations to management and parents.
- Maintains cleanliness and neatness of YAC center inside and outside.
- Ensures cleaning supplies restroom supplies etc. are at a par level.
- Lead according to the Clubs Standard of Excellence.
Education or Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- Experience with elementary and middle school children is required.
- First Aid / AED / CPR certification is required.
- Baby sitting certifications a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly wage commensurate with experience and qualifications.
