What Youll Do

Lead and optimize paid acquisition strategies with a heavy focus on Google Ads (Search Display YouTube)

Leverage your 500k social media following to test promote and grow brand presence organically and through collabs

Launch and iterate high-impact campaigns across Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and emerging platforms

Analyze campaign data to drive ROI and customer growth

Collaborate with creative content and product teams to align messaging and audience targeting

Stay ahead of digital trends algorithm updates and consumer behavior shifts
What You Bring

3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of results

A personal or brand social media following of 500000 across one or multiple platforms

Strong grasp of performance metrics: CAC ROAS LTV etc.

A/B testing and optimization pro

Passion for building community and storytelling through content

Based in the U.S. with availability during standard U.S. business hours
