Membership Sales Associate

• Drive membership sales through effective lead generation phone calls followups and inperson consultations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current members.
• Conduct studio tours educating potential members about the Orangetheory Fitness philosophy classes and membership options.
• Provide information on the benefits of joining including membership pricing and promotional offers.
• Close sales and meet or exceed individual and team membership goals.
• Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth onboarding process and answer any questions potential members may have.
• Assist in membership retention efforts by maintaining strong communication and providing ongoing support to current members.
• Collaborate with the fitness team to enhance the member experience and foster a positive studio culture.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding membership options fitness programs and related services.
• Process membership contracts and payments in an accurate and timely manner.

• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming studio environment including cleaning equipment restocking supplies and tidying up after classes.
• Represent Orangetheory Fitness at health fairs local events and other promotional opportunities in the community.

• Monitor equipment and report any issues to management ensuring that the studio remains in top condition for classes and members.

  • Assist and participating in local community outreach events to increase brand visibility and attract new members.
  • Represent Orangetheory Fitness at health fairs local events and other promotional opportunities in the community.

  • Process membership contracts payments and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner.

• Educational Requirements:
  
  
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field is a plus but not required).

• Sales Experience:
  
  
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a salesdriven environment preferably in retail fitness or membershipbased industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in lead generation followup and closing sales.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.

About Us

Orangetheory is a sciencebased fullbody workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn postworkout backed by the science of excess postexercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
