Position Summary:

This position is responsible for analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and helping the organization implement solutions that enhance efficiency. Additionally this position serves as an intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring the organizations commercial needs are properly understood and translated into actionable requirements.

What youll do:

  • Gather document and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend datadriven solutions.
  • Develop business models process flows and use cases.
  • Collaborate with leadership and scrum teams to implement system changes.
  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure project alignment.
  • Assist in change management and training efforts for system implementations.
  • Create reports and dashboards for decisionmaking support.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet the business needs.

What youll need:

  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field preferred but can be substituted with a combination of Certifications and experience
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel SQL Power BI etc..
  • Experience with business process modeling (BPMN UML) and documentation.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
