Business Unit Director Shoulder & Sportsmedicine (m/f/d) to support our sides across Germany.
The Business Unit Directorreports directly to the DePuySynthesLead Germany and leads a team of Sales Managers Business Development Managersas well as the Marketing Shoulder and Sports Medicine Department.
Responsibilities:
- Sales marketing and profit responsibility for Shoulder and Sports Medicine businesses
- Profit and Loss responsibilities as well as Business Plan creation
- Lead implementation of commercial Shoulder and Sports Medicine strategy and tactics in Germany in alignment with Global and Regional strategy
- Shaping Shoulder and Sports Medicine businesses and market
- Collaboration with Regional and Global Shoulder and Sports Medicine franchises
- Customer Plans Customer Ownership Customer Initiatives and KOL Management
- Price negotiations for Shoulder and Sports Medicine accounts in alignment with other MD business units (when applicable) Strat Account management and strategic pricing
- Coordinative national task for the Privilege and Elite accounts according to agreement with other DPS business Units and Strategic Account Management
- Personnel responsibility of Shoulder and Sports Medicine sales and marketing: Performance Management personnel strategy and planning
