The Business Analyst for the Learning System Project will be responsible for gathering analysing and documenting business requirements to support the migration of Jetstar Airways (incl. Jetstar Japan and Jetstar Asia) Learning Management System (LMS) from SuccessFactors to Workday. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for process mapping data mapping and migration testing and user acceptance to ensure a smooth transition to the new LMS. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including operational learning/training teams business analysts technical teams instructional designers and system administrators and other business units to identify and define the needs of the organisation translate those needs into functional requirements and ensure that the new system meets both business and technical expectations.
