About the Role:
The Account Manager is responsible for providing prompt accurate and courteous support services to clients and agency team members. The essential functions of the position include service to Account Executives and Clients by handling policy inquiries daytoday servicing changes and renewal support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management
- Manage client policies by processing changes tracking outstanding recommendations ensuring compliance with carriers assisting with premium audits and handling renewal and midterm certificates. Oversee accurate invoicing finance agreements payment setups and address all billingrelated inquiries per agency guidelines.
2. Insurance Renewals
- Coordinate insurance renewals by requesting exposures updating applications securing renewal quotes and preparing necessary documents while collaborating with Account Executives. Handle automatic renewals postbind processes and market small business policies.
3. Team Collaboration
- Maintain accurate account records and client activity in the agency management system by updating data organizing attachments and ensuring proper communication and documentation.
Role Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Knowledge of Agency Management Systems is a plus.
- Organized detailoriented able to multitask and be efficient with verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work with others and have a high level of problemsolving skills.
