Job Description
Assist Operations and Drive Our Mission Forward
Thrifty Threads isnt just a resale storeits a place where donations turn into opportunities. Our Back of House Lead is responsible for managing the intake pricing and organization of inventory ensuring our store stays stocked with highquality affordable finds.
What Youll Do
- Oversee the sorting pricing and placement of donated items specializing in housewares and resale strategies.
- Manage backofhouse organization and ensure inventory is processed efficiently.
- Work closely with volunteers guiding them through inventory tasks.
- Assist in setting and achieving sales goals for various departments.
- Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous retail inventory management or resale experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions.
Job Details
- Schedule: Fulltime 40 hours per week.
- Pay Rate: $15 per hour.
- Location: East Side Indianapolis.
