Job Description:

What will you work on

As a Brand Manager (BM) you will be part of the Marketing Team working on marketing and promotional activities of Spin Master brand portfolio. Brand Manager is responsible for Brand Management plans maximize opportunities manage risk deliver on profitability goals develop effective longterm business relationships and exceed customer expectations.


How will you create impact

  • Developing the annual Brand Management strategies for CEE (Poland CZ SK HU RO TR CIS Balkans) markets and set up of detailed Brand marketing plans.
  • Ongoing market observation: analyse sales data and recommend and carrying out of appropriate corrective measures.
  • Analyze consumer insights.
  • Adapting TV commercials on a Brand level and giving feedback with regard to international projects.
  • Daytoday communication with the most important external business partners: sales team advertising and promotion agencies PR agencies licensors global business units etc.
  • Internal communication on a daily basis with the International Marketing Teams Sales Finance Trade Marketing Planning etc.
  • Managing brand AP budget.
  • Liaise closely with CEE customers and Sales Team to work out customer specific Brand promotion plans.
  • Product presentation in line with yearly customer and distributor previews.
  • Manage own brands to exceed annual corporate goals e.g. revenue margin market share consumer demand.
  • Develop long term brand equity for your key brands through a handson approach to managing your brands forecasting SKU management retail activity and TV placement (when appropriate).
  • Develop and manage consumer marketing campaigns (abovetheline) within agreed budgets.
  • Work closely with relevant marketing agencies to develop marketing plans and with PR agencies on the of PR plans.
  • Where appropriate work closely with licensors.
  • TLP Management. Manage mix/pricing to achieve annual financial objectives.
  • Forecasting closely work with Supply/Demand Planners and Sales Team to review and implement regular (minimum monthly) changes as part of Forecasting Reviews.
  • Produce tools necessary to support Sales Team on a regular basis such as range plans external TV plans brand promotional guidelines.
  • Toy Fairs on the the members of the wider team responsible for managing attendance at different Toy Fairs. Responsible for ensuring that your brands are well represented.

What are your skills and experience

  • University or Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business qualifications (preferably)
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant marketing experience ideally in the Toy Industry or other kidrelated industries (for example toy retail or kid licensing marketing/licensing/entertainment business)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong marketing skills experience of developing and delivering strong marketing plans.
  • Advanced in MS Windows Word Excel PowerPoint SAP
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations excel files read POS reports.
  • Fluent English in writing and verbally.
  • Fluent in one CEE language in writing and verbally.
