We are seeing an energetic motivated Client Value Executive to join our Financial Services team.
What Youll Bring:
- 5 years of sales experience including direct interaction with business customers.
- Experience in financial services affiliate marketing and risk use cases.
- Ability to support our strategy to grow core data services and PlatformasaService (PaaS) solutions within our Financial Services line of business.
- Strong business acumen and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to navigate internal resources to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with fintech and other lenders with unique business models is a plus.
- Familiarity with data and insights is preferred.
- A bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Impact Youll Make:
- Collaborate with Industry Executives Client Executives Business Development and internal partners to manage solutionspecific opportunities.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements to ensure a positive client experience.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities tasks and meetings.
- Communicate regularly with clients to identify gaps in product usage and resolve issues.
- Drive expansion upsell and crosssell of our solutions.
- Gather and act on Voice of User feedback.
- Work closely with the Sales Support team to ensure accurate billing and access to custom reports.
Alignment to Enterprise Objectives
- Drive revenue growth.
- Ensure quick and efficient onboarding of publishers and lenders.
- Conduct postimplementation satisfaction meetings with clients.
- Complete monthly billing in a timely manner.
- Identify crosssell opportunities and reduce friction points in our operating model.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $65100.00 $101000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20 50 of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education training work experience jobrelated skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Certain positions may be also eligible for longterm incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
