About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for aregular fulltime Specialist Regional Performance Marketingto join our versatileIntegrated Marketingteam.
TheIntegrated Marketingteam is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive integrated marketing strategies aimed at building Canadian Blood Services brand expanding our donor base and enhancing donor loyalty.
In this newly created role reporting to the Manager Senior Performance Marketing the Specialist Regional Performance Marketing will aid in the development of the organizations overall hyper local growth activities by executing the development of regional advertisingand otherpaid requirements. Furthermore the Specialist Regional Performance Marketing will ensure that all performance marketing initiatives work to meet the objective of increasing the acquisition or retention of donors and registrants and can clearly be linked to results.
The Specialist Regional Performance Marketing will assist in the management of theoverall advertisingbudget playinga pivotal role in a team of performance marketers who will work collaboratively to implement performance marketing campaigns ensuring compliance of external agency partner teams and ad hoc vendors as required.
