What Youll Do
As the Talent & Development Specialist youll take ownership of initiatives that will directly transform our workforce:
Design and Deliver Talent Programs: Create innovative development solutions to address capability gaps support career progression and improve internal mobility across the business. Your work will directly align with our strategic objectives.
Be a True Partner: Work closely with Strategic Workforce Planning HR Business Partners and operational leads immersing yourself in their challenges and crafting bespoke solutions that meet realworld needs.
FutureProof the Workforce: Collaborate with our Early Careers team to attract fresh talent and establish pathways that nurture and retain a futureready workforce.
Lead with Creativity and Impact: Bring fresh ideas and costeffective approaches that demonstrate measurable improvements in skills and performance.
This role demands someone whos as comfortable shaping strategy as they are delivering practical solutions on the ground.
What Youll Bring

Proven Talent Development Expertise: Experience designing and implementing impactful talent and development initiatives.
A Creative Mindset: A knack for problemsolving and innovation with the confidence to bring bold ideas to life.
Commercial Acumen: A resultsfocused approach to prioritising initiatives and managing resources effectively.
TechSavvy Skills: Familiarity with Workday or a comparable HCM system to leverage technology for smarter talent management.
