We are looking for a Lead Strategy & Planning to join our Retail Planning and Operation team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Planning & Operations youll play a critical role working across the deep breadth of the Retail Bank teams and leadership to set track monitor and optimise business performance. Youll play a pivotal role in the annual business planning and strategy process and effective strategy during a period of significant growth for our organisation.
Within this high paced dynamic environment youll be responsible for leading strategy and business planning prioritisation of change initiatives across Retail undertaking deep dives and building capability to drive effective business performance. The role offers scope for leadership across pricing and revenue growth activities performance forecasting and expense management and business planning and budgeting processes.
Youll have a growth mindset aligned to our growing business; and within this key leadership role working across Retail teams youll uplift our capabilities in forecasting and performance monitoring strategy development and strategic partnerships to achieve ambitious targets.
Using your superior data driven analysis skills; critical to the role is provision of analysis and insights both inside out and outside in to drive effective management decision making.
Youll thrive in this role if you enjoy a varied role (where no 2 days are the same! with huge breadth working across the Retail business with regular interactions with C suite and leadership across ING Australia.
