As the Team Lead at CPC Resale you will be the central figure in managing the daily operations of the team. You will provide technical support handle adhoc issues and ensure close collaboration with other departments and team leads. Your role will also focus on fostering the professional growth and wellbeing of your team members while ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
Principal responsibilities:
- Team management: Distribute work effectively and track time registrations (Protime) and remote work arrangements.
- Adhoc problem solving:Address urgent issues such as employee illness and shifting workloads.
- Sick leave and holiday tracking: Monitor and manage absences and holidays in Protime.
- Recruitment process: Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Technical support: Provide technical assistance to the team and act as the IT focal point.
- Team development: Conduct regular checkins with team members set objectives (Huappi) organize team meetings and facilitate training sessions.
- Communication: Manage standard communications to regions and project managers (e.g. holidays announcements).
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and team leads to align on both adhoc and future changes.
- Project involvement: Actively participate in ongoing and future projects to enhance and futureproof operations.
- Resource management: Ensure that team members have all the necessary tools and that systems are uptodate for optimal performance
- Rational and empathetic: You can make objective decisions while demonstrating understanding and empathy.
- Strong communicator: You effectively convey complex information and actively listen to your team.
- People management skills: You naturally guide and motivate your team with empathy and clarity.
- Technical knowledge: You understand the systems and processes within the business and provide valuable support to the team.
- Proactive and solutionoriented: You take initiative and handle challenges decisively.
- Minimum Bachelor degree or relevant experience
- Strong Dutch and English knowledge
