THE POSITION
Are you a highly organized and driven professional seeking an exciting career opportunity The Department of Human Services is looking for a dynamic detailoriented Stock Clerk 2 to become a vital part of our team. In this key position you will manage the receipt storage and distribution of goods and supplies at the Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services warehouse in Loysville. In this position you will handle a variety of complex warehouse responsibilities requiring independent decisionmaking and strong organizational skills to ensure the efficient operation of our facility. Responsibilities include overseeing the receipt and inspection of materials and supplies ensuring compliance with purchase orders and specifications and maintaining accurate stock records. You will also audit requisitions and handle incoming and outgoing shipments and packages. When necessary purchases will be made at retail stores and transported between facilities. Additionally you will also provide guidance and direction for resolving routine warehouse issues.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch.
- Hours may vary based on facility needs.
- Travel and overtime: As needed
- May change based on operational needs.
- Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $35306.00 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience in stockroom warehouse or clerical work; and graduation from high school; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including but not limited to PA State Police clearance PA Child Abuse history clearance and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
