We have an exciting new opportunity for a Living Support Manager to join our dynamic team at St Vincents Care Services Auburn.
The Living Support Manager will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The role will showcase your unique ability to work collaboratively with other members of the senior team whilst leading and guiding the Living Support Team to support our residents by providing daily personal care enabling residents choices and preferences through daily lifestyle activities.

This is a fulltime permanent opportunity (including weekends).

Things that work for us:
Previous leadership experience in an aged care home
Advanced communications skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to meet competing and challenging priorities
Have demonstrated abilities in change management processes
An understanding on coaching training and developing teams and team culture
Registration with a professional body or tertiary qualifications and experience in human or community services
An understanding of the culture and tradition of Catholic Health including a commitment to the Mission Vision and Values of the organisation and an ability to promote the behavioural expectations in line with this philosophy.
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months)
NDIS clearance will be a requirement for this role.
