Event Executive

Main Duties
- Coordinates and communicates verbally and in writing with customer (internal and external) regarding event details.
- Follows up with customer postevent.
- Acts as liaison between field sales person and customer throughout the event process (preevent event postevent).
- Makes presence known to customer at all times during this process.
- Stays available to solve problems and/or suggest alternatives to previous arrangements.
- Oversees his/her customer experiences from file turnover through the post event phase until turnover back to sales.
- Identifies operational challenges associated with his/her group and works with the hotel staff and customer to solve these challenges and/or develop alternative solutions.
What do you need to apply
Experience in the event management or related professional area is essential. You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply but it is desirable if you have experience within hospitality. We look for enthusiasm ability to adapt excellent customer service skills and flexibility.

Hourly rate: 12.99 p/h
