Whats the role
As part of our unprecedented investment in Corporate Sales were on the lookout for ambitious and determined individuals who have the curiosity drive and grit to thrive in the ever-changing FX space. With this role youll have the opportunity to launch and fast track your career in B2B Sales while receiving best-in-class training and development from industry leaders.
After a successful first stage telephone interview youll be invited to a Lumon Assessment Day where youll be able to explore our offices immerse yourself in our culture and meet our Corporate Sales team. This will be your opportunity to showcase your talents through a series of exercises and interviews with the potential to be offered a position the very next day.
What does this actually mean
- Source manage and prioritise a pipeline of prospects - primarily SMEs in the UK and EU.
- Research prospects businesses identify potential pain points and craft talk tracks to engage target personas (i.e. Owner-Led Managing Director CEO CFO Head of Treasury).
- Embrace feature/solution-based selling to pitch Lumons products and services.
- Communicate the benefits of FX brokers over traditional banking methods with conviction.
- Know the competitor landscape inside out and be able to set Lumon apart.
- Handle objections with professionalism and tact.
- Achieve high talk times and call metrics.
- Update our CRM with prospect progress and activity.
- Handover high-quality leads to FX Strategy and Dealing Teams.
- Develop industry-specific expertise in target sectors.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of FX markets and the broader financial services industry.
