Description
The Day HabilitationSpecialist supports the skill development and retention for young adults. This team member will provide or assist with care needs and supervision in a group setting. The hours are 9am 3pm MF 30 hours per week with opportunity for more hours if desired. $15$18/hour dependent on number of hours worked.

Schedule
- MF 9:00am 3:00pm
- Opportunities for additional evening and weekend hours available if desired
What Youll Do
- Provide direct care and assist assigned individuals with accessing the community and increasing independence with communication socialization and daily living skills
- Implement individuals care plans and provide ongoing feedback regarding additional or changing care plan needs to childs supervisor or Day Habilitation Supervisor
- Required to become certified for medication administration seizures and gtube feedings as well as other specialized trainings as identified
- Assure timely and accurate documentation
What Youll Need
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience working with or knowledge of children with special health care needs preferred.
- Must be willing to provide transportation as a ChildServe authorized driver. This includes passing a motor vehicle record check and car safety check and able to provide a valid drivers license and insurance.
- Must be willing to obtain your chauffeurs license in order to drive ChildServe vehicles.
- Ability to communicate effectively in reading writing and speaking the English language.
