We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist (M/F) to join our growing organization.

Role Description

As a Workday solution adopter since 2019 Were looking to strengthen our HRIS team with the ambition to implement a worldclass Employee Experience centred on Workday and our HRIS ecosystem.


Functionalities covered: HCM ATS LMS & Engagement tool

  • Serve as a subject matter specialist for HCM ATS LMS & Engagement tool.
  • Analyse and manage the related configuration as well as business need & requirements then make sure that the tool is configured to meet these use cases.
  • Deliver system enhancements and help manage the cyclical Workday update processes / tenant maintenance processes.
  • Partner and communicate with the HR Teams for new releases testing and implementation.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Initiates Functional Audit and take actions to optimize systems utilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues and fix defects in a timely manner.
  • Provide level 2 support for listed functionalities including but not limited to researching identifying and resolving complex Workday issues unexpected results and process flaws.
  • Plan launch and monitor endtoend related projects for listed functionalities
  • Guide support and train users (Key Business Users HRs Managers Employees) to enhance Workdays adoption
  • Serve as the main contact point for all questions/ requests as they pertain to Workday configuration & implementation addressing issues directly and reporting requirements and needs to the Head of HRIS
  • Contribute and propose the best technical approach to meet business needs.
  • Partner with other HR teams to participate in building and maintaining a strong community for HRIS practices.

Depending on the candidate profile other HRIS functions will be managed by this role.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in HRIS domain
  • Strong knowledge and experiences of Workday HCM
  • Experience in support role (user training support request management nonregression testing)
  • Experience in HRIS configuration and business analysis
  • Strong project management management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and changing environment.
  • Analytical & synthesis skills
  • Fluent in English
