Why is this role important to us:
Lead Business Consultants are highly skilled professionals who form part of our Professional Services team working within Consulting Services and based within the market units. The main purpose of the role is to provide expert advice and functional delivery in the successful deployment of SimCorp Dimension within a clients environment. The role contributes to all aspects of the delivery of SimCorp Dimension.
What you will do:
Business Consultancy:
- Efficiently manage one or more businessrelated workstreams in the implementation project responsible for identifying all required tasks dependencies and time/resource estimates and providing status updates to Project Manager for inclusion in the overall project plan
- Can act as project leader for small and midsized SimCorp Dimension projects
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshop and trainings at new or existing clients in businessrelated areas and domains
- Document client requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes identifying improvements and efficiencies where possible. Possess understanding of basic project planning.
- Responsible for providing configuration and enduser training allowing the client to maintain SimCorp Dimension and optimize its usage
- Leverage prior SimCorp project experience to estimate level of effort required for delivery
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for growth and explore new ideas feeding this back to the business
- Participate in sales processes when required to position SimCorp concepts and offerings

- Relevant consulting experience within the asset and or investment management space
- SimCorp Dimension experience will be beneficial
