We are Amdaris
Were expanding rapidly and are looking for a driven and ambitious Associate Solutions Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 12 years of sales experience to join an exciting growing company in the tech sector. Youll play a key role in developing new business opportunities within smaller highpotential accounts across the UK EMEA and collaborating with our parent company Insight.

The Role
In this role you will focus on identifying and developing smaller business opportunities rather than enterpriselevel clients. You will support the Sales team in driving sales building relationships and expanding our client base by promoting Amdaris software development services to a wide range of clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying potential clients across EMEA.
  • Reaching out to new prospects and nurturing relationships to develop sales opportunities.
  • Managing the sales process for smaller deals from initial contact to closing.
  • Presenting Amdaris service offering to potential clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Learning the Amdaris value proposition and applying it to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Working closely with the Sales team to support the development of proposals and sales materials.
  • Tracking sales leads maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely followup to maximise opportunities.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn motivated by sales and passionate about technology. You will thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment and enjoy the challenge of building relationships with clients.

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Some sales experience: Ideally youll have 12 years of experience in a salesdriven environment or have completed internships or a graduate role in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: You should be comfortable speaking with potential clients understanding their needs and communicating clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationshipbuilding abilities: Youll need to develop rapport with clients quickly and build lasting business relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills: The ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities staying on top of followups and timelines.
  • A passion for technology: An interest in software development and the tech industry will help you communicate Amdaris value proposition with confidence.
  • Drive and ambition: A selfstarter with a proactive attitude and a desire to achieve targets and grow within a sales career.
