Fixed Income Investment Communications Product Marketing Sr Associate

Summary:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Associate to join our Investment Communications Team (ICT) in Chicago. In this role you will proactively seek opportunities to enhance the quality of our marketing content and develop efficient processes to create and deliver highcaliber presentations and other marketing materials for both current and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in client reporting and/or portfolio analytics. You will cultivate strong relationships with investment teams ensuring all marketing materials are updated promptly and reflect comprehensive product knowledge. You will collaborate closely with investment teams on materials for client engagements and be responsible for the content creation process.

The ICT serves as the primary liaison for investment teams providing comprehensive product support for their marketing and communication needs. Leveraging specialized platform and product knowledge ICT delivers highquality marketing materials and extends our global reach. The team functions as a central hub partnering with various stakeholders such as portfolio managers product specialists compliance marketing client coverage and client reporting & analytics teams to produce a diverse array of compelling materials that accurately represent our investment teams products and the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehend the portfolio analysis and reporting for fixed Income strategies

• Act as the primary liaison for subasset class Fixed Income investment teams on their strategyspecific marketing materials.

• Develop an understanding of the firms product offerings and investment capabilities across multiple regions.

• Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and updating materials as required.

• Oversee and manage a substantial inventory of Fixed Income Investments marketing materials including presentations pitchbooks commentaries flyers profiles brochures factsheets webinars and websites by coordinating processes with multiple stakeholders.

• Create and develop content and presentations for clients and prospective clients including curating content for these presentations.

• Coordinate the compliance review of materials.

• Communicate changes within the covered subasset class to the relevant teams.

• Ensure alignment between product webpages and pitchbooks.

• Cultivate and manage valuable relationships with internal teams including Investment Teams Client Reporting Compliance Marketing and Client Coverage.

• Coordinate content updates with team members across different time zones.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business Economics Finance Marketing or a related field with a strong financial background

• 3 years of experience; previous experience on an Investment Communications Client Reporting or RFP role at an asset management firm preferred

• Experience with strategies across multiple asset classes including Fixed Income and Alternatives

• Prior experience building presentations including graphic and data slides

• Analytical and comfortable working with and interpreting statistics and fixed income market data

• Ability to communicate effectively with subject matter experts incorporate edits based on instructions from investment sales and legal teams

• Accountable with excellent attention to detail strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work within a dynamic deadlinedriven environment

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

• Experience with Workfront and/or Seismic is a plus

• Committed to continuous learning and growth (e.g. CFA Charterholder pathway).

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role in Illinois is $85000$105000 and the salary range for the role in New York is $85000$105000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package.
