Join our team as a Night Auditor and become the ultimate journey curator for the employee experience. The Night Auditor at The Chanler plays a crucial role in overseeing front desk duties at the hotel checking guests in and out reviewing guest payments and other details from the day shift. The Night Auditor also performs endofday accounting tasks such as balancing the guest ledger city ledger and advance ledger.

Including but not limited to:

  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Process payments and reconcile guest accounts
  • Answer guest questions and resolve problems
  • Manage the front desk during the night shift
  • Perform endofday accounting tasks
  • Prepare reports for the next days work
  • Stay uptodate on hotel policies and procedures
  • Full list of responsibilities upon request

the requirements.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 years of experience in a front desk or accounting role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
