COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW HOW YOU CARE
From check-in to see you again our Front Office team will ensure guests are happy from their first moment till their last. As the Night Manager you are someone who can rock the night away and reimagine how guest service looks for those who dont hit the hay before midnight. Night audit is a given and we need to get that right but theres more to it.
What does your workday look like
- Come as you are and always have fun with our people every day;
- Take care of resource planning manage the team and support the teams development in collaboration with the Rooms Division Manager;
- Make sure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel reception and that the admin processes for the team run perfectly;
- Keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan;
- Even when youre at the reception late at night youll make sure that guests arent just contented but enthusiastic;
- Make sure that the cash register accounts are done and the days receipts are checked before everybody wakes up again;
- Be available through the night as a contact person for all our guests needs;
- Make regular safety inspection tours to make sure no-one gets lost in the building and everythings peaceful and safe.
Qualifications :
We are looking for you with personality and that certain something
- Youve completed a course of training in the hotel business gained some management experience and can speak English fluently;
- You can inspire your team just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve;
- Youre a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admit it;
- Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character.
